The chat panel on this site answers from a fixed list of common questions. It is a quicker way to reach information already published here — not a consultant, and not a source of advice about your business. When it cannot answer, the right next step is to talk to a person.

If you record a voice note on the contact form, it is transcribed automatically. Transcription is imperfect: names, numbers and technical terms are the usual casualties. We read what the transcript says, so please check it before sending, or type your message instead if precision matters.
