Terms of Service
The terms on which you may use this website — what it is, what it is not, and the limits that apply to it.
Last updated 13 September 2026
01Agreement to these terms
These terms are between you and LaneOne Ventures Pvt. Ltd.(“Lecxe”, “we”, “us”), and they apply whenever you use https://lecxe.in. By browsing the site or sending anything through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you are using the site for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on that business's behalf.
02What this website is
This site describes who we are and the kind of consulting, automation and AI work we do. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to take on work, or professional advice for your particular situation.
Reading this site, sending an enquiry, or receiving a reply from us does not by itself create a consulting relationship or any other engagement between us.
03What this website is not
Case studies, examples, figures and testimonials on this site describe particular pieces of work in particular circumstances. They are illustrations of what has been achieved before, not a forecast and not a promise of what would happen for you. Results depend on facts we cannot see from here.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Before acting on anything you read on this site, take advice from someone qualified who knows your circumstances.
04Engagements are governed separately
If we work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement — signed by both sides. That document sets out the scope, the fees, the timelines, confidentiality, ownership of what is built, and the liability that goes with it.
Where these website terms and a signed engagement agreement say different things about the same subject, the signed agreement wins for everything to do with that engagement. These terms continue to govern your use of the website itself.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading or infringing through its forms.
- Submit an enquiry in someone else's name, or give contact details you are not entitled to use.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its systems or its data that is not open to you.
- Interfere with the site or the servers behind it — including through automated flooding of any form, or any attempt to bypass the limits placed on them.
- Scrape, copy or harvest content from the site at scale, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.
- Introduce malicious code, or use the site to distribute it.
We may restrict or withdraw access to the site where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.
06What you send us
When you submit the contact form — typed or as a voice note — you confirm the details are accurate, that you are entitled to provide them, and that you are asking us to reply to you at the number or address you gave.
Please keep enquiries at the level of what you need, and do not send confidential material, personal data belonging to other people, or anything covered by a duty you owe someone else. Until there is a signed agreement or a confidentiality undertaking between us, we cannot treat what you send through this website as confidential.
If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion or piece of feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation, payment or restriction. We say this only so that a general suggestion cannot later become a claim; it is not a claim on the substance of your business.
What we do with the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
07Intellectual property
The site and everything in it — text, design, layout, graphics, photography, the Lecxe name and logo, and the code that runs it — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share internally within your organisation. You may not republish it, sell it, present it as your own, or use our name or logo for anything without our written permission.
08Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not run, the link is for convenience. We do not control that site, we do not endorse what is on it, and we are not responsible for it. Follow such a link at your own risk and read that site's own terms.
09Availability
We try to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not promise either. The site is provided as it is: we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it — including features such as the voice note or the chat panel — without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.
Content can also go out of date. We are under no obligation to update it, and you should not treat anything here as current merely because it is still published.
10Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply to the site; we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it; and our total liability connected with the website is limited to ₹10,000.
This clause is about the website. Liability for a paid engagement is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement.
11Indemnity
If your use of this site breaches these terms and that causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.
12Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
13General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not lose the right to enforce it later. These terms are between you and us; nobody else can enforce them.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
